Small Group Personal Training

Welcome to our Our Small Group Personal Training consists of 4-6 members with a dedicated coach, providing a tailored strength training program to enhance strength, movement, and quality of life. Each session focuses on individual needs and goals, guided by a knowledgeable trainer. Build supportive relationships with fellow participants while achieving your fitness goals and living pain--free.

 Small Group Personal Training! 
 

This Program is a full body 6-day split, with pre-programmed progressions and regressions for every movement.

 

It consists of a group warm up, two strength circuits, and an optional finisher. It focuses solely on strength training, with progressive overload over a 4 week span.

 

By integrating progressions and regressions of a movement into your program you will be able to efficiently accommodate every level of exercise in your session.
